      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide secretarial support to attorneys, including typing, editing, and formatting legal documents and correspondence
      - Manage heavy court filings and ensure compliance with court rules for both state and federal levels
      - Maintain and organize attorney and client files, both electronically and in paper format
      - Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements while tracking litigation deadlines
      - Answer and respond to phone calls, open and route mail and email, and enter attorney time into time-keeping programs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 7+ years of experience as a litigation secretary or litigation legal assistant
      - Proficiency in MS Office Products (Word, Outlook, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat; ability to type 85 wpm with high accuracy
      - Current experience with filing documents in State and Federal Courts and understanding of court rules
      - High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential materials sensitively
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of working in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Knowledge of time-keeping programs and NetDocs
      - Experience with internet research and maintaining CLE records for attorneys
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple demands effectively
