      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct screening and intake on landlord-tenant matters
      - Answer questions and make appropriate referrals under the supervision of an attorney
      - Draft documents including advice letters, pleadings, and miscellaneous correspondence
      - Provide attorney casework support
      - Increase tenants' access to justice to address housing inequities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent professional experience or training
      - Effective oral and written communication skills with diverse backgrounds
      - Commitment to serving low-income and underserved communities with patience and empathy
      - Strong interpersonal, organizational, time-management, and computer skills
      - Self-motivated and able to work efficiently in a remote environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Relevant life experience in legal advocacy or related fields
      - Knowledge and understanding of the civil legal system
      - Bilingual fluency is a plus
