      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer the main phone line for the employer's libraries and provide quality customer service
      - Staff the online live chat service on the employer's libraries website
      - Make accurate referrals to other library departments and staff as needed
      - Provide basic troubleshooting for online resources such as databases or software
      - Offer accurate general library information to users regarding policies, hours, and services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a degree-seeking student, enrolled at least half-time (6 credits for undergraduate and 5 credits for graduate)
      - Must be Federal Work Study eligible
      - Comfortable speaking with users on the phone for varying durations
      - Capable of conveying large amounts of information clearly over phone and chat
      - Ability to maintain a positive attitude during user interactions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in customer service or a similar role
      - Familiarity with library resources and databases
      - Strong organizational skills and punctuality
      - Experience working in a team environment
      - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
