      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the entire sales process, from identifying opportunities to closing sales and providing ongoing customer service
      - Collaborate with sales, technical, design engineering, and management teams to meet customer needs
      - Conduct building surveys and maintain an active proposal backlog to support sales objectives
      - Develop financial justifications and prepare proposals for sales presentations
      - Investigate and resolve customer issues regarding delivery dates, billings, and financing

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3-5 years of proven success in sales
      - Highly self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and a customer-focused approach
      - Strong written and oral communication skills
      - Good organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to obtain appropriate licenses required by national, state, and local codes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering
      - Ability to obtain NICET certification within the first 12 months of employment
      - Experience working with electrical contractors and familiarity with blueprints and wiring diagrams
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and job costing systems
