      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct operational assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of education-to-the-field program operations
      - Support organizational trainings and document current-state processes to identify gaps and propose improvements
      - Manage and execute recurring educational webinars, including planning, coordination, and documentation
      - Develop and maintain field-facing educational content and ensure it is current and accessible
      - Analyze feedback and monitor continuous improvement of educational materials and communications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as health administration, public health, education, or business
      - Minimum of 4 years of relevant project management or program operations experience in a complex organization
      - Proven ability to conduct program effectiveness assessments and develop actionable recommendations
      - Experience coordinating meetings, trainings, or webinars with associated documentation management
      - Strong writing and editing skills for maintaining guidance and educational materials

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with VA, VHA, DoD, or other federal healthcare/research environments
      - High level of comfort working independently with senior leadership and external stakeholders
      - Familiarity with research operations and training protocols
      - Expertise in training and presentation techniques
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and document management environments
