What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create implementation plans and manage schedules for high-priority citywide projects
- Perform research and analysis on complex operational, financial, and policy issues
- Support Executive Leadership Team meetings by planning agendas and documenting outcomes
- Recommend and implement policies and procedures to improve citywide processes
- Collaborate with departments and IT to integrate modern tools for operational efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in public sector administration, policy development, performance management, or project management
- Experience working in a City Manager's Office or similar executive environment
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences
- Master's degree (MPA, MBA, or equivalent) is strongly preferred
