What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement strategies to drive affiliate sales growth for the brand
- Identify and recruit new affiliate partners while negotiating partnership terms
- Manage relationships with existing affiliates, providing support and tracking performance
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create promotional materials and content
- Analyze affiliate sales data to identify trends and provide recommendations for growth
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales or business development environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and identify trends
- Proven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency with sales databases such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or SDA
- Valid driving license
- Personal interest in functional fitness and a growth mindset
