      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate with retail partners and brokers to drive distribution and execution
      - Manage relationships with key retail accounts and ensure program compliance
      - Support and execute retail go-to-market strategy and new item launches
      - Monitor business performance metrics and identify risks and opportunities
      - Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree required
      - 5-8+ years of experience in retail sales, national accounts, or CPG commercialization
      - Strong understanding of the CPG, sports nutrition, or functional wellness landscape
      - Proven track record supporting retail growth initiatives
      - Familiarity with retail math and broker selling processes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working directly with brokers and retail buyers
      - Background in sports nutrition, functional beverage, or related categories
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Excellent presentation and communication abilities
      - Positive attitude with a strong ownership mindset
