      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead complex performance improvement projects within the Care Transitions pillar, ensuring high-quality deliverables
      - Serve as engagement director for small projects, driving project workstreams and client deliverables
      - Mentor and coach junior staff while managing project teams
      - Develop thought leadership materials to enhance the employer's brand in the industry
      - Maintain licensure and certifications while contributing to internal advancement initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 6+ years of experience in clinical performance improvement consulting or 10+ years of relevant industry experience with applicable licensure/certifications
      - Bachelor’s Degree in health or related field; Master’s Degree preferred or enrollment required within three years
      - Advanced proficiency in data analytics and benchmarking tools
      - Demonstrated leadership and project management experience
      - Strong communication, analytical, and client management skills

      - Board Certification(s) in area of subject matter expertise
      - Credible subject matter expert in specific domain of expertise
      - Expanded operational knowledge in care management and patient placement processes
