      We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer with hands-on experience in CNC machining, specifically with 3-axis mills. The ideal candidate should have the ability to program CNC machines and be proficient in Edgecam and CATIA software. Familiarity with preferred machines such as Fadals, Haas, and Seiki is essential, along with skills in fixture modeling for metal components using CATIA or NX.

      Responsibilities
      • Create CNC programs to support manufacturing operations.
      • Program CNC machines using Edgecam and CATIA software.
      • Model fixtures for metal components using CATIA or NX.
      • Collaborate across engineering, hourly manufacturing staff, and office personnel.
      • Support non-engineering tasks such as quality and safety.
      Essential Skills
      • CNC machining experience required (3-axis mills).
      • Experience with machines such as Fadals, Haas, and Seiki.
      • Proficiency in CNC programming.
      • Software proficiency: Edgecam, CATIA.
      • Fixture modeling for metal components using CATIA/NX.
      Additional Skills & Qualifications
      • 3-5 years of relevant industry experience required.
      • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred (Mechanical ideal), though related fields are acceptable.
      • Solid working knowledge of CNCs; candidates should be ready to contribute without extensive training.
      • Experience with model-based definition for manufacturing highly preferred.
      • Understanding of master/parent models and automated fixture updates.
      • Background in Lean, Six Sigma, or automation methods considered a plus.
      • Aerospace experience not required, but transferable skills from other industries are welcome.
      Work Environment

      This role is based in a small facility with a team size of 11–12 members with mixed skillsets. The environment is collaborative and engaging, requiring flexibility to support tasks across engineering and non-engineering domains such as quality and safety.       Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $83250.00 - $138550.00/yr.
