What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Write, proof, edit, and approve all printed and electronic communications for various audiences
- Collaborate with health plan business owners to align communications with business goals
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining communication standards
- Develop content for social media and website as needed
- Maintain accuracy and effectiveness in all customer communications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Communications, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred
- Experience with social media and website copy development strongly preferred
- Strong writing skills, both technical and creative
- Ability to meet project timelines and work collaboratively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with health plan communications or healthcare industry standards
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with diverse teams
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools
