What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Independently create and deploy medium to high-complexity emails using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
- Develop and execute deployment strategies to support email marketing campaign goals
- Set up and manage email journeys and triggered email campaigns within SFMC
- Monitor and report on email performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with broader marketing strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in email marketing, preferably in an agency setting
- Strong knowledge and proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
- Experience with HTML/CSS for email formatting and coding
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with AMPscript or SQL within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
