What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze campaign and channel performance to quantify ROI and identify optimizations
- Build dashboards and reporting to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Support audience segmentation and propensity analyses to enhance targeting and personalization
- Design and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests; track results and provide actionable recommendations
- Synthesize insights into clear narratives with visuals for marketing stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 required; 3.5 or higher preferred
- Ability to work 40 hours a week for a 12-week internship starting June 2026
- Enrolled in a university program with an expected graduation date on or after August 2026
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Coursework in statistics, experimental design, and data visualization
- Prior internship or project experience in marketing analytics, growth, or business intelligence
- Proficiency in Excel/Sheets; experience with SQL; familiarity with visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Understanding of A/B testing fundamentals and strong communication skills
- Exposure to web/app analytics platforms and familiarity with marketing platforms
