      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist physicians with patient assessments, examinations, and treatments
      - Manage patient flow and perform various diagnostic procedures, including EKGs and phlebotomy
      - Document vital signs, clinical care quality measures, and medical history information
      - Maintain inventory of clinical supplies and ensure smooth office operations
      - Adhere to HIPAA privacy and security requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent required
      - Medical Assistant Certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire
      - BLS certification through the American Heart Association must be obtained within 90 days of hire
      - Excellent communication and organizational skills
      - Familiarity with medical office procedures

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a physician office or other healthcare setting
      - Graduate of an accredited post-secondary medical assisting education program with injection training (for NJ applicants)
      - Current Medical Assistant certification is not required for internal applicants transferring within the employer
