      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and oversee all aspects of medical content development and compliance
      - Ensure all medical content projects are scientifically sound and meet regulatory guidelines
      - Act as the primary scientific client contact and provide direct oversight
      - Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and generate new business leads
      - Lead a team of contractors with expertise in clinical/medical writing and submission

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 4 years of client services or account management experience within a medical communications agency
      - BA/BS degree preferred in Communications, Learning, Advertising, Marketing, event planning, or a related field
      - Extensive knowledge of ethical guidelines and compliance requirements in the healthcare industry
      - Strong leadership, organizational, and attention to detail skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with FUSE preferred, but not required
      - Proven ability to fact-check scientific statements and claims
      - Project management experience in a healthcare or life sciences setting
      - Established presentation and customer focus skills
      - Ability to research and identify opportunities in Life Sciences pipelines
