What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review, validate, and improve AI-generated outputs in a high-throughput environment
- Identify systemic errors and opportunities to enhance model performance
- Document clinical information accurately and detect clinical or technical errors
- Provide structured feedback to QA and Machine Learning teams to influence training cycles
- Propose workflow or tooling improvements based on recurring data issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Background in health sciences, clinical documentation, or medical data is valued
- Comfort working with AI-generated outputs and a technology-oriented mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in high-volume digital environments
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with strong communication skills
- U.S. citizenship for 3+ years and ability to undergo a security clearance

- Experience with data labeling, QA workflows, or structured data review
- Exceptional grammar and writing skills
- Ability to learn new tools quickly and adapt to evolving workflows
