Position Summary This position coordinates and schedules exams and diagnostic procedures into the radiology scheduling system. This may include scheduling Radiologists, Technologists, rooms, equipment and sedation services as applicable. Will work as a liaison between physicians, nursing floors, clinics, nursing staff, patients and the service department to provide accurate and complete schedules for diagnostic procedures. Additionally, will provide instruction to patients regarding procedural preparation and wayfinding. The Radiology Scheduler will also obtain and verify all registration information and perform necessary prior authorizations as needed. The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday from 8:30-5:00. While the majority of this role is fully remote, the position does require working on-site in Minneapolis during training and will require occasional on-site work ongoing.About the company
