What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide high-quality customer service by answering calls promptly and professionally
- Schedule and register appointments accurately using the employer's software
- Communicate appointment details effectively to patients
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the employer's policies and procedures
- Escalate calls to Leadership and Triage Nurses as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to handle a call center environment with efficiency and accuracy
- Must type a minimum of 30 words per minute with 95% or greater accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
- Proven ability to work as a member of a team

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
- Previous experience in healthcare and customer call center settings
- Familiarity with navigating multiple databases
- Commitment to the mission of supporting individuals who are visually impaired or have disabilities
- Willingness to complete program update training as required
