What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Champion the employer's global brand by managing a comprehensive digital asset library and style guide
- Design and execute visually compelling assets for social media, email, web, and digital advertising
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create impactful sales tools and digital media packages
- Manage front-end web design and CMS presence, including WordPress and HTML/CSS
- Track digital marketing analytics and make informed decisions for creative revisions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of design and marketing experience, preferably in highly regulatory industries
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
- Proficiency in designing for visual social media content and experience with marketing automation platforms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong digital portfolio showcasing digital campaigns and tradeshow booth design
- Front-end web proficiency, including Figma for prototyping
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and website tracking protocols
- Experience with print production and large-format specs for trade show booth management
