What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Reach out to new and prospective online students through phone campaigns
- Introduce students to the online classroom environment
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of student information
- Provide exceptional counseling to prospective students
- Guide students through the admissions process and towards a successful online learning experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- No delinquent or in default on a federal student loan
- Outstanding time management skills
- Clear communication skills
- Self-motivation and drive to succeed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with tribal entities or Native American Corporations
- Relevant industry-related professional experience
- Experience working with CRM tools
- Prior call center experience
