What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales performance to meet or exceed sales forecasts within assigned territory through effective engagement with healthcare professionals
- Develop in-depth product and disease state knowledge to facilitate compliant clinical discussions
- Manage assigned budgets effectively to achieve territory objectives and customize client interactions
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to create and implement local business plans that support strategic objectives
- Provide timely and accurate administrative management of sales data, customer interactions, and expense reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 1 year of documented success in B2B sales; experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, or medical device sales preferred
- Strong desire to improve the lives of patients and caregivers with a patient-centric approach
- Proven ability to adapt to changing environments, including virtual sales settings
- Strong verbal, presentation, and listening skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous sales experience in antipsychotic and/or bipolar treatments
- Experience in establishing new customer relationships and communicating complex information to diverse audiences
- Ability to analyze data/metrics to assess progress and identify new opportunities
