      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive product acceptance and growth through targeted education and strategic account management
      - Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed objectives via in-person and virtual communications
      - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare providers and clinical staff
      - Collaborate with internal partners such as marketing, patient access, and medical science liaisons
      - Uphold the highest ethical standards and compliance policies in all activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS/BA degree in science or related field AND minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years of specialty pharmaceutical or related sales experience
      - Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven track record in sales
      - Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams with a focus on building trust among peers
      - Proficiency with sales platforms and business intelligence tools such as Salesforce.com and SAP
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong sales and account management disposition

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in science or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
      - Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales preferred
      - Familiarity with business systems and salesforce automation platforms
      - Proven ability to navigate complex accounts across varied care sites
      - Entrepreneurial attitude with a results-oriented mindset
