What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Promote and drive growth of Neurocrine products within a specific geographic territory
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders
- Execute territory sales strategies through in-person and virtual communications
- Identify and address territory-specific opportunities and barriers to product success
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, patient access, and medical science liaisons
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA degree in science or related field AND minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical sales
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotics
- Familiarity with salesforce automation platforms and business intelligence tools
- Previous experience in specialty pharmacy distribution
- Demonstrated ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams
