      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales performance to meet or exceed sales forecasts within assigned territory through in-person and virtual engagements with healthcare professionals
      - Develop and maintain superior product and disease state knowledge to effectively educate healthcare professionals
      - Manage assigned budgets to achieve territory objectives while ensuring compliance and ethical interactions
      - Collaborate with District Manager and stakeholders to develop and implement local business plans
      - Provide timely and accurate administrative management of sales activities, including reporting and communication

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a valid driver's license with a safe driving record
      - Minimum of 1 year of documented success in B2B sales; experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, or medical device sales preferred
      - Strong desire and passion for improving patient lives, demonstrating patient-centricity
      - Proven ability to adapt to an evolving environment, including telemedicine and virtual interactions
      - Excellent verbal, presentation, and listening skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in antipsychotic or bi-polar sales
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data and identify new opportunities
      - Experience in establishing new customer relationships and communicating technical information effectively
      - Strong sense of self-motivation and entrepreneurial spirit
      - Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and teams
