      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Initiate first contact with assigned clients via phone and email to assess potential for new service connections
      - Explain the company's expertise in identifying unclaimed conditions and convey the value of services offered
      - Address inquiries regarding eligibility for original claims and set client expectations
      - Gather and verify critical documentation needed for new claims, including DD214 and Service Treatment Records
      - Update client profiles with detailed notes to support case management and ensure compliance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
      - At least 1 year of related experience in customer service, sales, or a similar client interaction role
      - Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
      - Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening abilities
      - Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with clients

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
      - Familiarity with the VA claims process
      - Strong sales and persuasion skills to effectively communicate the value of services
      - Proven organizational skills to manage client documentation and follow-ups
      - Ability to adapt to various client needs and situations
