What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct video visits for primary care patients presenting with acute complaints
- Assist with after-hours calls for primary care and escalate issues from RNs
- Manage in-basket tasks and complete a minimum of 36 visits per 12-hour shift
- Treat patients of all ages, utilizing a system-wide Epic EMR
- Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one to three years of previous Advanced Practitioner experience in a Primary Care or Urgent Care setting
- Valid Missouri license required to start, with additional licenses for Arkansas, Kansas, Illinois, and Oklahoma to be obtained
- Ability to complete a minimum of 36 visits per 12-hour shift
- Commitment to a hybrid work model, requiring onsite hours before transitioning to work from home
- Availability for weekend and holiday rotations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a virtual care environment or telehealth services
- Familiarity with the Epic EMR system
- Additional certifications in primary care or urgent care specialties
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction
