What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop precision nutrition plans tailored to optimize glucose and support lean muscle retention
- Translate data from CGMs and body composition metrics into actionable nutrition strategies
- Coach high-performing individuals to implement nutrition strategies effectively in demanding environments
- Integrate sleep and stress optimization into nutrition plans for comprehensive patient support
- Collaborate with physicians and specialists to ensure a fully integrated approach to metabolic health
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in Nutrition
- Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) credential
- 3-5 years of experience in nutritional coaching and implementation
- Proven expertise in caloric restriction and dietary restriction strategies
- Experience with remote coaching and virtual communication
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background in body composition assessment and optimization
- Experience in resource creation for patient education
- Advanced sleep and stress coaching techniques
- Collaboration experience with personal chefs or executive assistants
