What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide friendly and relatable customer service via telephone, email, and chat
- Exercise decision-making skills to enhance customer relationships with the brand
- Understand and empathize with customer needs while balancing business objectives
- Collect and share customer feedback with external teams to improve service
- Meet or exceed established service level agreements set by the Customer Success Manager
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role
- Demonstrated passion for and understanding of the URBN brands and products
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Strong decision-making skills to address customer inquiries
- Availability to work scheduled hours on weekends

- Experience in the retail fashion industry
- Familiarity with online customer service platforms and tools
