      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Execute sophisticated red team assessments across diverse attack surfaces
      - Partner with internal stakeholders to define engagement scope and translate technical findings into actionable business risk narratives
      - Research, develop, and maintain cutting-edge offensive security tools and automation frameworks
      - Design and implement AI-powered security tools to proactively address vulnerabilities
      - Contribute to the continuous testing of the organization’s defenses by simulating attacker actions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of relevant experience for senior level; 8+ years for technical lead level
      - Proven ability to critically examine applications and remediate complex vulnerabilities
      - Demonstrated expertise in bypassing modern defensive controls to achieve assessment objectives
      - Proven ability to create automation workflows that scale to enterprise environments
      - Must be willing to work east coast hours

      - Knowledge and experience in web applications, cloud environments, and AI-powered business systems
