      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Receive and direct walk-in, email, and telephone requests for information and services, ensuring a professional and friendly interaction
      - Perform various administrative support functions, including scheduling meetings and processing mail
      - Organize and maintain documents for retention, including county resolutions, ordinances, and contracts
      - Assist in maintaining personnel records and managing recruitment processes
      - Verify accounts payable invoices and assist with budget preparation and financial documentation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Two years of post-secondary education and two years of work experience in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Valid Class D Driver's License
      - Successful completion of a criminal history background check
      - Notary commission by the Minnesota Secretary of State within the first year of employment
      - Experience in administrative functions and customer service

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a support role with a public service agency
      - Proficiency in using Office 365 products
      - Familiarity with software/systems such as NeoGov, CivicClerk, CivicPlus, or Monsido
