What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage recruitment, hiring, staffing, and scheduling of caregivers to meet patient needs
- Collaborate with clinical teams and leadership to ensure performance management of field staff
- Counsel staff members to provide exceptional customer service and uphold company policies
- Coordinate staffing schedules and training for new staff members
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patient families regarding staffing schedules
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Six (6) months of previous agency staffing or recruiting experience
- Ability to work after hours on an on-call schedule
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and typing skills
- Must adhere to confidentiality standards and maintain professional boundaries
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- One (1) year of previous office work experience
- Healthcare experience
- Bilingual capabilities
