What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive new distribution, volume, and visibility of the employer's portfolio in the On-Premise channel
- Target and manage top on-premise key accounts to achieve sales targets and qualitative goals
- Design and execute promotional programs to enhance product sell-out
- Collaborate with marketing teams to increase brand consideration and trial through events
- Monitor sales activities and market trends to inform strategies and improve performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1 to 3 years of experience in on-premise alcoholic beverage sales
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the on-premise sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license and daily access to an insured motor vehicle
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with managing a multi-brand portfolio
- Strong account management and follow-up skills
- Experience in a three-tier distribution market
- Creative problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
