      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals for the Central Illinois territory
      - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
      - Communicate effectively about oncology products using approved resources
      - Analyze trends in complex purchasing environments and develop strategic plans
      - Build and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of sales experience or a high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience
      - Professional sales experience or work experience in the healthcare/scientific field, preferably in oncology
      - Valid driver's license and ability to travel, including overnight trips (10-15%)
      - Residency in or near the assigned district
      - Strong performance history in sales or marketing roles

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of experience in oncology field sales
      - Clinical oncology experience or documented strong performance in an oncology role
      - Familiarity with oncology therapeutic products and their market dynamics
      - Experience working with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
      - Demonstrated ability to analyze market data and trends
