      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building relationships to understand their needs
      - Utilize resources to effectively communicate the value of oncology products during discussions with stakeholders
      - Analyze and identify trends in the oncology buying environment and develop strategic account plans
      - Collaborate with the Oncology Customer Team to ensure a consistent customer experience
      - Share insights and strategies with team members to enhance overall customer engagement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree with 6 years of sales experience, or a high school diploma with at least 10 years of equivalent experience
      - Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required for customer visits and national sales meetings
      - Legally authorized to work in the United States
      - Experience in the healthcare/scientific field, including pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical devices
      - Strong understanding of cancer treatment options and clinical trials

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of oncology field-based experience, selling oncology therapeutics
      - Established relationships with key oncology accounts within the territory
      - Proven track record of strong performance in oncology sales or clinical roles
      - Experience across multiple solid tumors such as breast, ovarian, and prostate cancer
