What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and implement territory business plans that align with brand objectives and business goals
- Meet or exceed assigned sales goals by presenting approved disease state and product information to customers
- Utilize sales analytics and customer intelligence to develop strategic sales and marketing plans
- Collaborate effectively with territory partners and external counterparts to maximize sales opportunities
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in oncology sales, specifically in gynecologic/ovarian cancer
- Proven track record of exceeding sales expectations
- Exceptional communication skills with a consultative selling approach
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
