What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Manage team releases and coordinate with internal customers on platform operations
- Provide second-level support for internal teams related to the Merchant Accounting System

- Act as a mentor and leader for entry-level roles

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in IT or Bankcard Industry
- Availability for 24/7 on-call production support
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Merchant Accounting System (MAS)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 6 years of relevant experience
- Operations experience with CA, BMC, or IBM suite of products
