What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise, coach, and mentor a team of direct reports to ensure excellent patient service
- Oversee onboarding of new hires and collaborate with the training team to enhance skills and productivity
- Monitor team performance through KPIs and metrics, conducting performance discussions and setting goals
- Handle escalated patient concerns and logistical issues, ensuring timely resolutions
- Track operational metrics, prepare reports for management, and recommend process enhancements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 4+ years of working experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role in a call center environment, ideally within healthcare
- Strong understanding of call center operations, KPIs, and healthcare regulations
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Proficient in call center software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
