What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the execution of Team Member and Manager training within an assigned territory
- Provide feedback on Team Member and Manager training materials
- Facilitate training for New Shack Openings (NSOs) and execute quarterly focus training
- Develop trainers to ensure area self-sufficiency for growth
- Document Shack visits and provide feedback on training and operations to Area Directors and Management Teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate’s Degree or related work experience
- 3-5 years of work experience in a relevant field
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience
- 1+ years of experience facilitating training in a multi-unit hospitality environment
- 2+ years of management experience in the hospitality industry
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong knowledge of company standards and processes
- Passion for operations and people development
- Ability to lead a field-based team
- Demonstrates ability to train and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Ability to provide constructive feedback to direct reports and leadership
