What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make 40-60 outbound sales calls and generate 100+ outbound emails daily
- Build and maintain relationships with guests to encourage referrals and repeat business
- Manage your book of business by contacting guests with timely and relevant messages
- Meet performance metrics and sales objectives consistently
- Utilize exceptional listening skills and ask qualified discovery questions to close sales
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong outbound sales skills and time management abilities
- Proficient in computer and phone systems
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Availability to commit to 8 weeks of training without time off
- Must have high-speed internet meeting specified requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in outbound sales or customer service
- Familiarity with the cruise industry or travel sales
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed, including weekends
