What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the outreach process to determine eligibility for the NSA Federal & State IDRE programs
- Provide timely customer service assistance to external parties with inquiries and concerns
- Develop and implement training programs related to outreach and customer service in collaboration with management
- Ensure accurate data entry into the CMS system and department database
- Collaborate with the NSA Federal & State IDRE team to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare specialty is required; Master's degree is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of project support experience in a corporate/professional environment
- Proven track record of meeting project deadlines
- Relevant knowledge of the Federal No Surprises Act
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
