      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and grow relationships with bank partners to generate consistent referral production
      - Utilize and update Salesforce as a CRM tool on a daily basis
      - Develop new business account relationships and increase profitability from existing accounts
      - Identify business opportunities based on knowledge of clients, markets, products, and services
      - Present benefits of the employer's products and services to prospective clients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
      - Two to three years of relevant sales experience
      - Ability to travel 3-4 days per week in the market
      - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
      - Excellent interpersonal, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Expert knowledge of product marketing and client service issues
      - Working knowledge of Salesforce
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office
      - Excellent marketing, business development/sales, and negotiating skills
      - Ability to creatively resolve complex problems with general guidance
