What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute a territory growth strategy targeting high-potential accounts in metals manufacturing, fabrication, and distribution
- Prospect, qualify, and close new customers to expand market presence
- Grow existing relationships by identifying new needs and cross-selling value-added services
- Analyze market trends and competitive activity to inform pricing and account strategy
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and quality to ensure customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of outside sales experience with measurable success in business growth
- Experience with tubing, pipe, bar, or value-added metal services strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Strong business and financial acumen with margin-management experience
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and advanced MS Office skills
