What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Increase profitable sales in the Minnesota territory by servicing and developing customer relationships
- Research and resolve customer problems and complaints while educating potential customers about company capabilities
- Develop a market plan with quantifiable goals and benchmarks for measuring progress
- Schedule and perform sales calls and visits, providing training on products and services
- Maintain and update the customer database and report on industry trends to management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5 years of outside sales experience
- Proven computer and CRM proficiency
- Strong safety mindset and team mentality
- Must reside within the state of Minnesota; relocation is not offered
- Passionate and purpose-driven individual

- Experience in the metal manufacturing industry
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs effectively
- Familiarity with product training and customer education techniques
- Previous experience in developing territory market plans
