      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients following an accident
      - Listen empathetically to clients' stories and help them feel understood
      - Confidently guide clients through the sign-up process to close new client agreements
      - Accurately manage and document all communications in the case management system
      - Follow up with potential clients to ensure no opportunities are missed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, intake, or customer service
      - Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with clients
      - Detail-oriented, dependable, and organized in high-pressure situations
      - Comfortable with technology and phone-based interactions
      - Flexible availability for evening and weekend shifts

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with case management software (Filevine experience a plus)
      - Proven track record in closing sales or client agreements
