1 Position Summary/Job Duties:
We are seeking a nanny for our sweet, curious son beginning in early June, 2026. He will be one year old in late May. We are looking for help Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays for 6-8.5 hours each day with the possibility of some hours on Thursdays or Fridays if desired (18-26 hours per week). We are open to individuals who could only works some of these days or hours, but would like someone who can commit to at least 2 days per week. We are looking for someone with experience and interest in working with children. Car required. Responsibilities would be play/reading with the baby and going on outings to park/local library. We are looking for someone who is kind, dependable and loves to play with little ones! Position would be through September 2026 (ideally mid to late-September but we can be flexible). We would love to find someone who would like to continue with us as a babysitter after September 2026.
About us: My husband and I have lived in Madison for the past 3 years after moving here from Boston, MA. We love being outdoors and exploring local restaurants. I work as a child psychologist (primarily in-person) and my husband works in tech from home.
Qualifications:
Up to date on vaccinations
Experience working with children or infants
Non-smoker
Car/clean driving record
CPR and first aid certified
