      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide general administrative support for the First-Year Experiences program and the Pathways General Education program
      - Create agendas and take minutes for committee meetings
      - Communicate effectively with faculty and staff regarding various program needs
      - Manage internal grant programs and update relevant resources, including the website
      - Assist in event and meeting planning as well as various assigned administrative tasks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proficiency with Office and Google suites (docs, spreadsheets, calendars, forms, etc.)
      - A consistent record of professionalism and reliability in the workplace
      - Strong attention to detail and a motivated work ethic
      - Clear and effective oral and written communication skills
      - Solid technological skills or the ability to quickly learn new skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, etc.)
      - Experience providing support for meetings and events
      - Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) like Canvas or Blackboard, and/or HTML
