What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide primary-care telemedicine services in accordance with site-specific protocols
- Conduct on-call tele triage and ensure proper documentation of visits
- Maintain open communication with facility staff and provide medication instructions
- Adhere to all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards in healthcare delivery
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Nursing or graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current and valid license to practice advanced practice nursing or physician assistant in NC
- Specialization in geriatric, family, or internal medicine desired
- All necessary certifications must be current and valid
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional state licenses may be required as requested
- Experience in telemedicine or related healthcare services
- Familiarity with telemedicine equipment and software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
