What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field
- Proven experience in patient recruitment for clinical trials, with a strong understanding of recruitment strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills to assess recruitment data and optimize strategies
- Commitment to ethical and compliant recruitment practices
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in building partnerships with patient advocacy groups or community organizations
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines in clinical research
- Additional certifications related to patient recruitment or clinical trials
