      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the development and execution of patient recruitment strategies for clinical trials

      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse stakeholders
      - Strong analytical skills to assess recruitment data and optimize strategies
      - Commitment to ethical and compliant recruitment practices
