What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct outbound calls to eligible patients to facilitate scheduling of initial in-home appointments
- Provide detailed explanations of program services to patients
- Accurately document call notes and scheduling details in the electronic system
- Expedite emergency clinical calls and process appointment changes as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional patient service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands
- Strong communication skills with a compassionate and professional demeanor
- Problem-solving skills with a capacity to address complex issues effectively
- Excellent data-entry skills and proficiency in navigating multiple computer screens
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales, telephonic sales, fundraising, or similar roles
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry
- Fluency in multiple languages
