      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assess and investigate beneficiary grievances, resolving problems between patients and dialysis facilities
      - Refer beneficiaries to appropriate state agencies and CMS for grievances related to provider actions
      - Provide technical assistance on compliance with Conditions for Coverage (CfC) including Patients' Rights and grievance procedures
      - Manage incoming calls from beneficiaries, family members, and providers, addressing inquiries or grievances
      - Facilitate the grievance process and ensure documentation meets CMS standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in social work (MSW) is required
      - Social Work Licensure preferred (e.g., LSW or LCSW)
      - Experience in conflict resolution and crisis management
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including spreadsheet and database software
      - Knowledge of Nephrology, End Stage Renal Disease, or dialysis preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Case Management experience preferred
      - Experience managing difficult, ethical, and emotional consumer situations
      - Familiarity with grievance activities and processes in healthcare settings
